  • Responsible Use: You are responsible for the accuracy of the data entered for your training plans. SwimCoach AI is not liable for injuries or health issues that may arise from following the generated training plans.
  • Intellectual Property: The AI algorithms, training plan generation methods, and app design are the exclusive property of SwimCoach AI. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
  • Service Availability: We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with notice.
  • Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior.
  • Changes to Terms: We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Refund Policy

SwimCoach AI subscriptions are purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, and all billing, cancellations, and refunds for these purchases are handled directly by Apple or Google in accordance with their respective policies:

  • Free Tier: No refunds are applicable as the service is free.
  • iOS Subscriptions: To request a refund for a purchase made through the App Store, visit reportaproblem.apple.com or request a refund directly from Apple Support. SwimCoach AI does not process App Store refunds.
  • Android Subscriptions: To request a refund for a purchase made through Google Play, visit support.google.com/googleplay or manage your refund request directly from Google Play. SwimCoach AI does not process Google Play refunds.
  • Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Apple ID or Google Play account settings. Access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
